1) Definitions
“Software” means MAZA OTT (script, source code, assets, docs, updates).
“Licensee/You” means the purchaser and end user.
“Domain” means the fully qualified production domain you register for activation (e.g., example.com).
2) Grant of License (Single Domain)
Subject to full payment, BUY DIGITAL PRODUCT grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on one (1) production Domain you designate at purchase/activation.
3) Restrictions
You shall not:
Install/use on more than one production domain without purchasing additional licenses.
Share, publish, distribute, rent, lease, sublicense, resell, or make the Software or any derivative publicly available (including Git repos or marketplaces).
Remove, alter, or obscure copyright notices, license headers, watermarks, or license checks.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source or bypass technical protections.
Use the Software to build a competing product or to generate a product for resale that substantially replicates its functionality.
Circumvent or disable any license verification, update, or telemetry mechanisms.
Use the Software in violation of any applicable laws, payment gateway policies, or third-party service terms.
4) Activation & Verification
License activation binds the Software to your registered Domain.
The Software may perform periodic license verification (e.g., sending license key hash, Domain, server IP, version) to our server to protect against fraud and unauthorized use.
Changing the production Domain requires prior written approval; we may allow a one-time transfer at our discretion.
5) Updates & Support
Updates: Included for 1 year from purchase (major/minor/patch releases as we publish them).
Support: Email/ticket support for 1 year covering installation guidance, configuration, and bug fixes. It does not include custom development, server admin, or third-party issues unless purchased separately.
Expired support does not invalidate your license, but access to updates/support may require renewal.
6) Customizations
You may modify front-end views and configurations for your own deployment.
Core license checks and copyright notices must remain intact.
We are not responsible for issues caused by custom code, third-party plugins, or edits to core files.
7) Third-Party Services & Payment Gateways
The Software integrates with gateways (e.g., PayTM, Stripe, PayPal, BharatPe). You must maintain your own compliant accounts and follow their policies, KYC, and AML rules.
BUY DIGITAL PRODUCT is not liable for gateway account actions, holds, disputes, or chargebacks.
8) Content & Compliance
You are solely responsible for all OTT accounts, credentials, emails, and content you sell or transmit through the Software and for complying with all applicable laws/regulations in your jurisdiction.
9) Refund Policy
Eligible for a refund only if:
a) You have not activated the license and not installed the Software, within 7 days of purchase; or
b) You provided correct server access for our paid installation service and we failed to complete installation within 5 business days.
No refunds after activation, download misuse, code access, customizations, or issues caused by your hosting/server/gateway/third-party services.
10) Warranty Disclaimer
The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Performance depends on your hosting, configuration, and third-party services.
11) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BUY DIGITAL PRODUCT shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits/revenue, data loss, or business interruption, even if advised of such possibilities. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees you paid for the license in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12) Termination
We may suspend or terminate the license immediately if you:
Violate this Agreement, circumvent license checks, or use the Software on unauthorized domains;
Engage in fraud, abuse, or illegal activity.
Upon termination, you must cease all use, uninstall, and destroy all copies. No refund is due.
13) Audit & Enforcement
We may request reasonable proof of compliant use (e.g., active domain, staging domain, purchase email). Failure to cooperate may result in suspension/termination.
14) Transfer
License is non-transferable without prior written consent. If approved, we may charge an administrative fee and revoke the previous activation.
15) Confidentiality & IP
The Software and all related IP remain the exclusive property of BUY DIGITAL PRODUCT. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
16) Privacy
We may process minimal technical data (license key hash, domain, IP, version) solely for license validation, updates, and security.
17) Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., outages, DDoS, regulatory actions).
18) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Kollam/Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala]. Parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation, then mediation, before litigation.
19) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms with notice on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
