Bravepanel – license
1. This BravePanel CDN License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between BUY DIGITAL PRODUCT (“Licensor”) and the licensee (“Licensee”) as of the date of purchase of the BravePanel CDN license.
2. Permitted Use:
Licensee may use the Software to serve and deliver web content, images, videos, and other digital assets to end-users through a content delivery network (“CDN”) operated by Licensee.
3. Restrictions:
a. Licensee shall not sublicense, sell, lease, rent, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Software to any third party without prior written consent from Licensor.
b. Licensee shall not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software in whole or in part.
c. Licensee shall not use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
4. Ownership:
Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights therein. This Agreement does not grant Licensee any ownership rights to the Software.
5. Non-Refundability Clause:
Upon purchase of the BravePanel CDN license, Licensee acknowledges and agrees that all fees paid for the license are non-refundable. Licensor does not provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the Software, changes in business circumstances, or cessation of use.
Licensee understands that the BravePanel CDN license is a digital product and that once the license is purchased, Licensor incurs costs associated with providing access to the Software. Therefore, Licensee agrees that all fees paid for the license are non-refundable and waives any right to request a refund.
This Non-Refundability Clause is an integral part of the BravePanel CDN License Agreement and shall survive any termination or expiration of the Agreement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Non-Refundability Clause as of the date of purchase of the BravePanel CDN license.
6. No Warranty or Guarantee Clause:
Licensee acknowledges and agrees that Licensor provides the BravePanel CDN license “as is” and without any warranty or guarantee of any kind, whether express or implied. Licensor makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality, reliability, accuracy, or completeness of the Software.
Licensee expressly understands and agrees that their use of the BravePanel CDN license is at their own risk. Licensor disclaims all warranties, whether statutory, express, or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of third-party rights.
Licensee acknowledges that Licensor does not warrant that the operation of the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects in the Software will be corrected. Licensee further acknowledges that Licensor does not guarantee any specific results from the use of the Software.
Licensee agrees that Licensor shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the Software, including but not limited to any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, even if Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Licensee understands that Licensor does not guarantee the availability, reliability, or security of the BravePanel CDN or any associated services, and Licensor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Software or any part thereof at any time without prior notice.
This No Warranty or Guarantee Clause is an integral part of the BravePanel CDN License Agreement and shall survive any termination or expiration of the Agreement.
